All sales are final because our merchandise is made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of preference.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to help!

You must notify us within 15 days of delivery by emailing us at recaptheroom@outlook.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund based on your preference.

Refund Policy

This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately at recaptheroom@outlook.com. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to update the address. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are made to order, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 15 days of delivery at therecaproom@outlook.com with photos and your order number. We’ll gladly replace it.

Can I return or exchange digital products?
No. All digital product sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of instant access. If you experience issues with your download, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.

After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a download link. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or promotions folder. Still no luck? Reach out and we’ll resend it.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart. We recommend reviewing the chart before purchasing, as we do not offer size exchanges.
